About The Villa

Villa Paradiso perches on a hill above Puerto Portals which affords fabulous sea views. The villa is interior designed to the highest standards throughout. From the generous room layout to the light colours of the modern furniture and choice of artworks, the 2-storey villa Paradiso oozes Mediterranean charm. Many clever features and appliances add to our visitors' comfort.

Entrance Level

The entrance level hosts the beautiful, very large open-plan kitchen flowing into the spacious dining area, with a fireplace, and onto the extensive pool terrace. Adjacent lays the TV-room with large flat screen and comfortable sofas. Two bedrooms and one bathrooms are also located on the ground floor as well as a guest toilet and the laundry room.

Upper Floor

The upper floor hosts the master bedroom with en-suite bath and Sat-TV, two large single bedrooms, two children´s bedrooms with bunk beds for two kids each and two family bathrooms. All bedrooms have access to sea view terraces and have under-floor heating. The entertainment area includes the official lounge, situated a little bit off-center, as well as several sun-shaded and sun-exposed terraces and a well-groomed lawn by the pool inviting for pleasant, relaxing hours.

Living and Dining etc

A lounge with fireplace flows onto an outdoor terrace area. There is a TV-room with flat-screen TV and two large double bedrooms that also has access to outdoor terrace areas, several with sea views. The well-equipped kitchen, with pantry, has a large dining area that also have access onto the terrace. There is a guest toilet and separate laundry room with 2 washing machines and tumble dryers. There are 2 fireplaces, one in the lounge and one in the dining room. All rooms have under-floor heating.

Outside Areas

The villa features extensive sun-shaded terrace areas with sea views. There is also sun exposed pool terrace with lawns. Sun beds and outside lounge furniture provide outside comfort. There is also a bird cage outside and a Ping pong table for your entertainment.

The villa features lawned gardens and lots of space by the pool and house. There are comfortable shaded terraces with comfy out-door sofas and a large dining table for alfresco dining. There is also a full sized ping-pong table.

About The Area

The villa is located in Portals Nous, a wonderful little village southwest of Palma. Just 15 minutes from Palma airport, Portals Nous has one of the nicest marinas in the Mediterranean with shopping and some of the best restaurants and bars around. Portals Nous has all you need for a comfortable stay, including a local bakery, supermarket and pharmacy - all within walking distance. By the Mood Beach there is a fully equipped gym with pool and tennis courts - membership is available on a daily, weekly or monthly. The Villa with the big size 500 m², its views and its perfect location above the fashionable marina of Portals, which you reach with a 10 minute walk, it is a holiday dream. The beach is also within easy reach, just an easy 8 minute walk away.

Local Golf

There are 2 golf courses within 15 minutes, both are more than happy to welcome day golfers.

Bendinat is an 18-hole, 6200 yard, par 70. Set in a wide valley, the course is kept in excellent condition and there are challenging sharp dog legs and small greens - this is also where the King of Spain plays.

More local courses can be found at Santa Ponsa. Santa Ponsa has two 18-hole courses and one 9-hole courses. It is only 15 minutes away from Portals Nous.

Beaches

From Villa Paradiso there are several beaches within walking distance and many more within a short drive away.

The beaches close to the villa include:

Platja d´en Blanes: A small sandy beach approximately 50 m long and 15 m wide close to Puerto Portals marina.

Oratori de Portals: This is the main Beach that serves the population of Portals Nous and the port. Accessible via steps from Portals Nous or by walking to the East of the port this beach has 200 m of fine sand. The island of D´en Salas sits just of shore. facilities include sun lounger and parasol hire and beach side showers.

Cala Bendinat: A small sandy beach surrounded by a pine grove, located a short walk to the East of Portals Nous. It can be accessed via a stroll along the coast or by road.

The cost to rent Villa Paradiso is available upon request and is much depending on the length of your stay. It is always negotiated excluding the agents commission of 15%. The damage deposit is 3000 EUR regardless of the length of your stay. The deposit will be transferred back to your account once your stay is over, and the state of the villa has been signed off by the rental agent. The rental fee includes maid and cleaning service four hours a day Monday through Friday, weekly pool and garden maintainance as well as electricity and water up to 100,- EUR per week. Should you use more, which is highly unlikely, it will be deducted from your damage deposit with 0,15 EUR per kWh of electricity and EUR 2,50 per m³ of water. Phone is not included. Access to the garage and the wine cellar is not included in the rent, but can be negotiated separately.

The rental agent will upon your reservation ask you to sign and return a binding rental agreement. (see Documentation ) Once this has been done, and once the rental fee and the damage deposit along with the agents commission has been paid in full, the reserved period will be taken off the market. The full amount is payable immediately upon signing the rental agreement.

Upon your arrival the agent will meet with you and show you around the Villa and hand over two full sets of keys as well as the alarm code. At this point, you will also be asked to sign off the state of the villa including water and electricity meter readings. Villa Paradisco guests have their own 'villa manager' on hand to take care of their needs. Any problems with the villa the guests can call their villa manage for assistance.

Before your stay comes to an end you are requested to contact the rental agent and make an appointment for the day of your departure. the rental agent will meet you in the house and you will return the keys. At this point, the agent will inspect the house and sign off its state. Again, the meter readings for electricity and water will be noted. Any inventory differencies and/or damages will be deducted from your damage deposit before it is being transferred back to you.
